A typical fee for arranging your mortgage is £199, however, a fee of up to 1.5% of the mortgage amount may be charged. The fees may be waived subject to the terms of the fee waiver agreement. As independent mortgage advisors, we also offer you the option of paying a fee and receiving a refund of any commission paid by the lender.
